In this fast-paced role, you’ll be the master multi-tasker – responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, serving customers in our shop, booking sales appointments, coordinating installations, and keeping orders running smoothly.
Senior Sales Administrator Key Info:
- £26k P/A
- Ballymena based office
- Mon-Thu 08:30-17:30 Fri 08:30-16:00
- 28 days annual leave, (increasing to 29 days after 3 years.
- Free Parking
- Early Finish on Fridays!
To thrive as our Senior Sales Administrator, you’ll need:
- Previous admin experience in a busy environment
- Solid computer literacy across MS Office suite & databases/CRMs
- Incredible organisational and time management abilities
- Strong customer service skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
- In-depth knowledge of Northern Ireland to ace route planning
We’re seeking a self-motivated team player who remains calm under pressure. You’ll excel at building positive working relationships while giving meticulous attention to detail. The ability to proactively problem-solve is essential. To succeed you must have in-depth experience in a similar role.
