One of the most elegant and stylish projects we have done at Village Blinds and Shutters was to install angled bay window blinds in a home in Larne.
The customer required five blinds for their large angled bay window and wanted to keep the room as bright and airy as possible whilst still providing excellent shading and privacy.
Our design consultant talked them through the options and they chose Snow Faux Wood Blinds. They continued with the same Snow Faux Wood blinds in their bedroom, for a seamless look both inside and out.
Finding the Right the Angled Bay Window Blinds

Faux wood white Venetian blinds are made of PVC slats that mimic the look and feel of real wood They are also very versatile and can be custom-made to fit any window size or shape.
We measured the windows carefully and made the blinds to fit perfectly within the window frame. We chose a snow faux wood colour for the slats, which matched well with the customer’s decor and created a bright and airy feel. We also used colour-coded head and bottom rails for a coordinated style.
We installed the blinds using corded controls, which are easy and convenient to use. The cords can be used to raise or lower the blinds, or to tilt the slats to change the angle of light. The cords also have cord condensers, which are safety devices that prevent stretching or breaking of cords due to excessive pulling loads. They are designed to separate into two parts when a specific load is exceeded, thereby avoiding damaging pulling loads being applied to a cord
A Stunning Transformation with Faux Wood White Venetian Blinds
The customer was ecstatic with the final result. They said that the faux wood white Venetian blinds had transformed their home and made it look more elegant and stylish. They also said that the blinds were very functional and practical, and that they provided excellent shading and privacy.
They especially loved how the blinds fitted snugly within the window frame, without interfering with the angled bay shape or creating gaps with the reveals. When the blinds were down and in the tilted open position, they could enjoy a subtle diffusion of light through the slats, while still admiring the view without any glare or distraction.
