Thank you for booking your Garden Pergola appointment with Village Blinds and Shutters. We are delighted that you have chosen us to help you enhance your space. You have made a great decision by choosing our stylish and practical Pergolas.
Once you book your appointment, you will receive a confirmation email/text with your appointment details.
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, click the link in your confirmation email or text and follow the instructions.
Our Design Consultant will arrive at time agreed and discuss your ideas and plans. They will talk you through our pergola options and offer knowledgeable advice based on the information you have provided. On average a pergola consultation takes around 30-40 minutes. We pride ourselves in our integrity and honesty and will never pressure sell under any circumstances.
If possible we would ask that you ensure access to the area is clear and unobstructed. This helps our Design Consultant provide you with an efficient service.
If you decide to place an order we can process your deposit, (50% minimum). This can be paid directly to our Design Consultant via credit/debit transaction, by cheque or cash. Once we receive a deposit for your pergola, we will contact you to arrange the fitting, (if required).
Life is complicated, our booking system isn’t!

Please note that whilst our local sales advisors make every effort to attend the appointment within the allotted time, we may sometimes be held up due to circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Village Blinds and Shutters is based in Co Antrim, and can install your new Pergola across Northern Ireland and Ireland.
Our Motorised Pergolas are mains powered. If you are interested in this option, you will need to have arranged a suitable mains supply ahead of installation. Speak to your advisor for more information.
