What Happens Next?

Once you book your new build blinds appointment, you will receive a confirmation email/text with your appointment details.

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, click the link in your confirmation email or text and follow the instructions.

What Happens During a New Build Blinds Appointment?

Our Design Consultant will arrive at time agreed and discuss your ideas and plans. They will present you with our range of material samples and colours and offer friendly knowledgeable advice based on the information you have provided. On average a new build blinds appointment takes around 45-60 minutes. We pride ourselves in our integrity and honesty and will never pressure sell under any circumstances.

Do I Need to do Anything to Prepare?

If possible we would ask that you move any breakable vases or ornaments from the window area, and if possible move any furniture to aid access to the window area. This helps our Design Consultant provide you with an efficient service.

What Happens After the New Build Blinds Appointment?

If you decide to place an order we can process your deposit, (50% minimum). This can be paid directly to our Design Consultant via credit/debit transaction, by cheque or cash. Once we receive a deposit for your blinds we will begin the manufacturing process and when they are ready we will contact you to arrange the fitting, (if required).

How Do I Cancel or Reschedule My Appointment?

Life is complicated, our booking system isn’t!

If you’re appointment no longer suits or you need to cancel altogether, just click the link in your confirmation SMS or email. It’s that easy!
