Less than a week after setting up our online PPE shop to supply the health and social care sectors with vital supplies we’ve been inundated with orders.

As we work tirelessly to fulfill these orders, we have also been mindful that some locally based customers have requested Local store pick up.  We had wanted to provide this service from the beginning, however we had to put the processes in place to allow customers to pick up here at our Pennybridge facility in Ballymena.

With that we are happy to say, starting from 1pm on Thursday  30th April, you can select Local Store Pickup in the delivery options  from checkout. To allow us to ensure collections are safe for you and us, collections themselves will start from Monday 4th May.

When you have selected Local Store Pickup at checkout and paid, we will manufacture/pick your order and call you to let you know that your order is ready for collection.


Once you have arrived to pick up your order,  please park and follow the signs to your collection point. We will have staff available outside to help direct you. Please note you will have to follow social distancing restrictions at all times and there may be a queue.


Once you have reached the collection point we will ask you to confirm your order Number, (it will be in your order email) as well as provide photographic ID, (driving Licence, Passport etc.

Our customer collection team will then retrieve your order for you. Please respect social distancing restrictions throughout to protect both yourself and our staff.

Our Staff member will ask you to check your order and confirm that you are happy with the contents. We will use this in place of a signature.

Please note that in order to maintain social distancing restrictions we are unable to assist you with loading items into your vehicle. Please take this into consideration.

Local Store Pickup FAQ


When do Local Store Pickup Start?

From Thursday 30th April at 1pm you will be able to select “Local Store Pickup” at checkout. Collections will begin from Monday 4th May. We will call you when your order is ready for collection.

Can I pay on collection?

No, to help us provide a safe, effective environment for all our customers as well as our staff, you will have to pay online for your order, making sure to select “Local Store Pickup” in the shipping/delivery methods.

Is there a charge for Local Store Pickup?

No, there is no handling fee when you select “Local Store Pickup” at checkout.

How do I know when my order is ready for collection?

Once your order is ready for collection we will call you using the contact number provided when you placed your order.

How long does it take for orders to be ready for pick up?

Once we have completed manufacturing /picking your order for your order we will call you to arrange collection. Depending on the size of this order this could be up to 3-4 days, however, it may be much sooner.

I placed an order 4 days ago and not been called, what do I do?

If you have not been called by one of our team to arrange collection within 4 days, please call us on: 028 2564 4444 and we will do everything we can to help.

What time are you open for Local Store Pickup?


Our Local Store Pickup collections are open from 8:30am –  3pm Monday – Friday.

Do I need to bring anything with me when I collect my order?


When you collect your order you will need to bring

Your order number, ( this can be found on your order confirmation email)

A form of photogragphic ID, Drving licence or Passport etc.

No, to maintain social distancing regulations we are unable to assist you to load your items into your vehicle. This is intended to protect our staff and all our customers.
