Before your home appointment
I am feeling unwell. How do I rearrange my appointment?
If you need to rearrange your appointment if you are feeling unwell or you or someone in your household has displayed symptoms of Coronavirus, give us a call on 028 2501 3174 and we will be happy to help.
I am self-isolating. Can I still book an appointment?
If you or anyone in your household is self-solating, we ask that you wait until your self-isolation period has ended before booking your appointment. This is to ensure that we are only attending appointments that are safe to do so, and to protect the welfare of our team members.
During your home appointment
What precautions will your team be taking?
Our team will wear appropriate PPE (i.e mask, gloves etc) when attending home consultations and fitting appointments. Our sale advisors and installation team will also stay two metres away from you during your appointment.
Will I able to view and browse fabric samples during my home appointment?
Your sales advisor will bring a range of samples for you to choose from and ensure that you choose the perfect blinds for you at a safe distance.
Do I need to stay in the same room during my fitting appointment?
To remain as safe as possible, we would prefer that our fitting team are left alone while they fit your new blinds, as long as you feel comfortable with this.

Ordered my Blinds from Village for entire house and they were put up 2 weeks before Christmas. Next morning noticed 3 of my blinds had grease looking dirty marks the biggest blind in my living room being the worst. P.m the owner and asked could someone ring me to arrange to come out the next day ( mon) and he said should be ok. No phone call so had to ring again and lady in office knew nothing about my phone call Finally a fitter came out and he said they were definitely bad and not right and took the 3 blinds away . So was told by fitter that they would definitely be up for Christmas and they would be fitted top priority. But more time went by and we heard nothing so yet again had to ring and chase them then was told yes your blinds are in when would you like them fitted . So got them fitted before Christmas must say the fitter was a very friendly fella and was very apologetic but would have been nice to have this from owner.

My wife and I have been looking to change the blinds at the house for a while and everywhere we looked, just didn't have anything to fit our window sizes and there made to measure prices were dearer than a mortgage payment. We found out about Village blinds through Facebook adds. Went to there showroom before Christmas and had a survey done after the break and the blinds were fitted yesterday. Quick turnaround from order to fit. Impressed with efficient fitting and standard of work. Biggest plus was the cost. I would recommend YES.
